✨ About the Training Course
“Capture the Future” is a KA1 Mobility project designed for youth workers to tackle youth unemployment through photography and digital skills. This hands-on course introduces youth workers to the basics of photography and photo editing, empowering them to support young people in the labor market.

🌟 Objectives

• Develop knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes in youth workers to engage young people through photography and editing.
• Equip 8 partner NGOs with the capacity to organize events and workshops on photography for youth employability.
• Inspire youth workers to foster creativity and innovation, supporting young people’s integration into the labor market.

🎯 Who Should Apply?

• Youth workers (18+) who support young people facing unemployment.
• Beginners in the field of photography and photo editing.
• Motivated to organize and lead photography-related events for youth.
• English-speaking at a conversational level.

🏠 Accommodation and Venue

• Location: Rural homestead “Elniakampis,” surrounded by beautiful forests, rivers, and ponds in a peaceful regional park.
• Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the host organization.

📋 Project Details

• Participants: 4 youth workers per country.
• Languages: Working language is English.
• Partner Countries: Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Latvia, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
