โจ About the Training Course
“Capture the Future” is a KA1 Mobility project designed for youth workers to tackle youth unemployment through photography and digital skills. This hands-on course introduces youth workers to the basics of photography and photo editing, empowering them to support young people in the labor market.
๐ Objectives
- Develop knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes in youth workers to engage young people through photography and editing.
- Equip 8 partner NGOs with the capacity to organize events and workshops on photography for youth employability.
- Inspire youth workers to foster creativity and innovation, supporting young people’s integration into the labor market.
๐ฏ Who Should Apply?
- Youth workers (18+) who support young people facing unemployment.
- Beginners in the field of photography and photo editing.
- Motivated to organize and lead photography-related events for youth.
- English-speaking at a conversational level.
๐ Accommodation and Venue
- Location: Rural homestead โElniakampis,โ surrounded by beautiful forests, rivers, and ponds in a peaceful regional park.
- Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the host organization.

- Participants: 4 youth workers per country.
- Languages: Working language is English.
- Partner Countries: Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Latvia, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
