🌟 About the Project

Organized by Artemide Association, with Youth BCN as the Spanish partner, this training course focuses on social inclusion and addressing discrimination, particularly for individuals with disabilities and fewer opportunities.

Participants will engage in creative methods like theatre, storytelling, and video projects to explore these challenges and foster dialogue and cross-cultural learning. Activities include team-building, simulations, and role-playing, with outputs such as a final performance, a recorded song, and a documentary.

🎯 Training Objectives

1. Empathy and Understanding: Experience the challenges faced by people with disabilities and fewer opportunities.

2. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Learn how different countries address social inclusion and disability.

3. Leadership Development: Build confidence in leading inclusive environments.

5. Art-Based Inclusion: Use creativity to confront biases and share experiences.
