✨ About the Training Course
Voice and Action 2.0 is designed for youth workers, leaders, and trainers (18+) aiming to deepen their understanding of youth participation and develop innovative approaches to engage young people in democratic life.

🌟 Objectives

• Competence Building: Enhance the skills of 28 youth workers in promoting youth participation using innovative tools, real success stories, and dynamic programs.
• Active Citizenship: Foster active participation among local youth through awareness campaigns and empowerment initiatives.
• NGO Capacity: Strengthen the ability of 10 NGOs to empower young people as active community citizens via collaborative campaigns and international projects.

📋 Who Should Apply?

• Youth Workers: Long-term volunteers, social workers, educators, facilitators, counselors, and others involved in non-formal education and youth participation.
• Experience: Proven background in youth work and promoting active citizenship.
• Language: English proficiency (conversational level).
• Responsibility: Disseminate awareness campaigns within your NGO and apply new skills in local projects.
