✨ About the Project
This training course addresses critical issues of housing, political participation, and urban sustainability. Participants will explore how to create livable, inclusive, and sustainable cities while addressing urban challenges like gentrification, tourism impacts, and rising housing costs.

🌟 Objectives

• Understand key concepts like urbanism, housing rights, sustainability, and conflict transformation.
• Map urban realities and analyze conflicts in participants’ communities.
• Learn to foster multistakeholder dialogue to tackle urban issues collaboratively.
• Develop skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and participatory decision-making.
• Create a recommendations document and at least 6 follow-up activities to address urban conflicts.

🎯 Who Should Apply?

• Youth workers, leaders, and activists (18+).
• Interested in urban sustainability, housing rights, and political participation.
• Passionate about creating inclusive and sustainable communities.
• Open to collaborative learning, self-reflection, and exploring innovative solutions.
• Able to commit to the full duration of the training.

🏠 Venue and Costs

• The training will take place in Rascafría, a serene forest area near Madrid.
• All costs (travel, accommodation, and food) are covered by Erasmus+.
• Travel reimbursements are provided within the Erasmus+ program limits.
