๐Ÿงญ About the Volunteering Opportunity
Building Link Short-Term Sociocultural Animation is an European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project hosted by ASOCIACION LA ROTLLANA in Badalona, Spain. The project focuses on community-based youth work, sociocultural animation, and active participation, especially during summer activities. Volunteers will work alongside professionals and other volunteers to support youth, teenagers, and children through inclusive, creative, and participatory actions aimed at strengthening community bonds and fighting social exclusion.

To strengthen community life and youth participation through sociocultural animation, summer activities, and inclusive volunteering actions addressing social challenges.

๐Ÿงฉ Volunteer Tasks and Activities
๐ŸŽช Support summer activities including summer camps and community square programmes
๐Ÿ‘ซ Take part in youth participation and volunteering initiatives
๐ŸŽจ Co-design and implement new activities open to the local community
๐Ÿง  Engage in leadership activities with children, teenagers, and young people
๐Ÿ“ฃ Support communication and dissemination activities, including social media
๐Ÿค Work closely with professionals and volunteers in a community youth centre

๐ŸŽ‚ Aged 18โ€“30
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Spanish language is mandatory due to direct work with minors
๐ŸŒ Experience in volunteering or social inclusion contexts is required
๐Ÿค Motivated to work against stereotypes, racism, and social exclusion
๐ŸŽ“ Interested in experiential learning and non-formal education
๐Ÿค Flexible, open-minded, and comfortable in an intercultural environment
๐Ÿ“ฒ Interest in communication and social media is an asset
