This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering opportunity takes place at Maison d’Accueil Spรฉcialisรฉe Marc Toussaint in Cormontreuil, France, near Reims. The centre provides residential and day care services for adults with severe physical disabilities. Volunteers contribute to leisure, well-being, and social inclusion activities, supporting residents in their daily life through human connection, creativity, and adapted recreational actions.

To enhance the quality of life and social inclusion of adults with heavy physical disabilities through meaningful leisure activities, human interaction, and community-based support.
๐ Volunteer Tasks and Daily Activities
๐จ Support creative and manual workshops
๐ง Contribute to well-being and relaxation activities
๐ฒ Take part in board games and social animations
๐ Assist in adapted sports and movement activities
๐ณ Help with cooking and practical workshops
๐ Participate in self-care and make-up activities
๐ถ Join residents during outings and social activities
๐ค Work together with French staff, activity leaders, and other European volunteers

๐ Aged 18โ30
๐ฃ๏ธ Basic knowledge of French is required
๐ Motivation to learn and improve French during the stay
โค๏ธ Strong interest in social work and inclusion
๐ง Patience, empathy, listening skills, and willingness to support daily life activities
๐ฑ Initiative, openness to learning, and personal development
