Join CISS – Cooperazione Internazionale Sud Sud, a respected NGO based in Palermo 🇮🇹 and active since 1985 across Latin America, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, the Balkans, and Italy. This meaningful 8-month ESC volunteering project focuses on social inclusion, human rights protection, migrant and community support, childhood protection, reducing school dropouts, and promoting youth participation. Volunteers will assist CISS in a variety of tasks depending on their skills, contributing to long-term, community-driven impact.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Transport

🛏️ Single private room in a shared apartment in Via Marconi 2A
🍽️ Food allowance provided through €7/day vouchers
🚍 Metro or bus pass provided depending on volunteer needs

👤 Participant Profile

CISS is looking for two motivated volunteers who are:
💛 Passionate about social causes, human rights & community support
🤝 Ready to work with migrants, youth, women and vulnerable groups
✨ Interested in social work, education, community activities
📱 Open to helping with simple digital tasks (not required)
🧠 Responsible, empathetic and open-minded
🌍 Eager to contribute ideas and learn from field experience
📢 Basic English skills recommended
