🌟 About the Project
Haciendo Barrio IV invites 2 young volunteers to support local and international initiatives for 11 months in the vibrant multicultural neighborhood of San Pablo.
Volunteers will:
- Support the Bicycle Workshop 🚲 – mechanics, excursions, youth cycling activities (no experience needed).
- Help at Jugueteka 🎲 – toy library for children and families.
- Assist at Armario Abierto 👕 – free second-hand clothes shop.
- Join Cosiendo Redes 🧵 – sewing workshops for migrant women.
- Contribute to international projects – youth exchanges, training courses, and solidarity initiatives.
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance
- Private room in a shared flat 🏡
- Monthly allowance: food money + pocket money 💶
- Bike provided for daily mobility 🚲 (everything is nearby!)
🎓 Training & Support
- Introductory training upon arrival 📝
- On-Arrival & Mid-Term Training by the Spanish National Agency 🌍
- Continuous mentorship & tailored guidance from the hosting team 🤝
👤 Participant Profile
We’re looking for volunteers aged 20–30 who are:
- Motivated, open-minded, curious, and eager to learn 🌟
- Interested in community development & solidarity initiatives
- Ready to support diverse communities & migrant inclusion
- With basic Spanish knowledge (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Willing to actively contribute and grow while making an impact ✨
