Young people aged 18–30 who are:
✅ Passionate about ecological farming and permaculture
✅ Open to living in simple, rustic conditions
✅ Interested in sustainability and rural development
✅ Willing to engage in physical outdoor work
✅ Curious about composting, water harvesting, olive tree care, and community living
✅ Adaptable and comfortable with limited technology
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
- Maintain 600+ olive trees in a regenerative farming model 🌳
- Learn composting, pruning, and biochar soil enrichment techniques ♻️
- Help with water capture and land restoration efforts 💧
- Participate in olive harvest, preservation, and seasonal routines 🫒
- Support local community events and eco-living education
- Live and work in a nature-immersed, low-impact lifestyle 🌻
