Open to young people aged 18–29 from all ESC-eligible countries. The project is especially welcoming to those from diverse backgrounds, including individuals who have faced:

✅ Fewer opportunities due to geographical or cultural challenges
Motivated volunteers who are passionate about teaching, cultural exchange, and making a social impact are encouraged to apply!

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

• Lead or assist in English conversation classes for adult learners 👨‍🏫
• Plan interactive activities to encourage confidence and speaking fluency 🗣️
• Collaborate with YMCA staff on curriculum and creative ideas
• Foster a fun, inclusive learning space rooted in respect and encouragement
• Help organize cultural events and community engagement activities 🌍
