Ready to boost your well-being and empower youth through oriental wisdom? 🚀🌿 The Center and Flow Erasmus+ Training Course, hosted by Shen Dao Association, invites 28 youth workers from Austria, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, and Türkiye to Three Treasures Valley, Bátonyterenye, Hungary, from 4–13 August 2025! 📚 Learn the Five Elements system, practice Chikung, and gain tools for mental health and resilience! 🤝🌟

📝 What Will You Do?

• 🎯 Explore the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) for harmony 📖
• 💡 Practice Chikung, mindfulness, & psychoeducational tools 🛠️
• 🗳️ Develop skills in emotional regulation & youth work resilience 📋
• 🌍 Create plans to apply oriental methods in your youth groups 🤗
• 🤗 Engage in movement workshops & coaching sessions 🌐
• 📜 Earn a Youthpass certificate to showcase your learning 🚀

• Enhance youth workers’ well-being to prevent exhaustion.
• Build competencies in mental health using the Five Elements system.
• Foster resilience and positive impact in non-formal youth work.
