🔧 Your Mission
💡 Be part of the digital backbone of SIW by managing and developing their new CRM system
🔄 Work on automations, integrations, and troubleshooting
🧑💼 Handle workspace and user management
📅 Plan cultural activities for international volunteers
🌱 Dedicate half a day weekly to personal development, with guidance from a mentor
📚 Learn Dutch and attend national ESC training seminars
🤝 Build connections with other ESC volunteers across the Netherlands
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel
🏠 Private bedroom in an apartment above the office in central Utrecht
🚲 A bicycle to explore the city like a local
🍽️ Monthly food allowance + pocket money
🚆 Travel costs reimbursed (home–Netherlands–home)
💚 Encouraged to travel green (bus/train preferred)
🎯 Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Aged 18–30 from an eligible country
✔️ Highly independent and proactive
✔️ IT-experienced with understanding of APIs, JSON, Webhooks
✔️ Familiar with basic web dev tools (HTML/CSS/JS)
✔️ Curious about Dutch culture and open to new challenges
✔️ Excited to co-create solutions and thrive in a fast-paced NGO setting
✔️ Available for a full-year commitment (Sep 2025 – Sep 2026)
🚨 Participation in the info meeting (9 July, 11:00) is mandatory to continue in the selection process
