ESIC Business & Marketing School was founded in 1965 with campuses across Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville) and Brazil. It ranks in the top 5 business schools in Spain and is number 1 in marketing. This internship is based in the undergraduate academic coordination department at the Valencia campus.

📋 Your Responsibilities

📞 General office work in Spanish and English — phone, email, and daily communication

📄 Prepare and review documents related to students and faculty

🎓 Provide basic advice and support to students and professors

🗂️ Update folders, spreadsheets, and the website

📋 Review academic procedures

💾 Manage coordination databases for audits, reporting, and more

🔧 Contribute to other daily departmental needs
