🌍 About the Internship

This internship takes place in Hamburg, Germany, within a creative studio working at the intersection of brand experiences, spatial design and cultural events.

The studio develops spatial experiences, exhibitions, installations and event environments, transforming creative ideas into real physical experiences. As a production intern, participants will support project coordination and production workflows from planning to execution.

The internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in event production, logistics coordination and project management while working on real client projects within a collaborative studio environment.

🧑‍💼 Internship Tasks

📅 Support production planning including timelines, milestones and documentation
🤝 Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers
💶 Collect quotes, compare offers and assist with budget calculations
📊 Monitor project processes and help track production workflows
🚚 Assist with logistics and event setup preparation when needed
📝 Support client communication including notes, updates and documentation
📂 Help develop templates and workflows to improve project coordination
