This tourism and travel management internship in Dublin, Ireland offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the European tourism industry while working with a well-established destination management company specializing in luxury travel experiences across Ireland and the United Kingdom.
The internship takes place within the Leisure Department, where interns assist with planning travel programmes, coordinating suppliers and supporting sales and marketing operations.
With more than 50 years of experience in the travel industry, the organization delivers customized travel experiences for international clients, including luxury individual travel, leisure groups and incentive travel programmes.
Participants will gain insight into tourism operations, destination management and international travel planning, while strengthening their professional communication and organisational skills.

๐ Update cost sheets for travel proposals and confirmed programmes
๐บ Prepare travel itineraries and programme schedules
๐จ Write descriptions of suppliers such as hotels, restaurants and event venues
๐ง Communicate with suppliers to request rates and availability via email and phone
โ๏ธ Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
๐ Support sales and marketing activities, including preparing presentations
๐ข Assist at the front office reception when required
๐ฑ Support initiatives related to responsible tourism and sustainability
