🌍 Project Overview
This Erasmus+ Conference / Symposium / Forum takes place in Bonn, Germany 🇩🇪 and brings together young people who are actively involved in decision-making processes within National Agencies and SALTO Resource Centres. The event creates a European-level space for exchange, reflection, and co-creation on meaningful youth participation, governance, and the future of the Erasmus+ Youth Programme.

🎯 Aims of the Meeting
Participants will:
🗣️ Share real experiences of working with National Agencies and SALTO Resource Centres
🤝 Exchange good practices of youth involvement in governance and decision-making
🧠 Reflect on what meaningful participation really looks like — and how to strengthen it
🌍 Contribute youth perspectives to the future development of the Erasmus+ Programme
🔗 Build long-term European networks among engaged young people

The meeting directly supports Aim 5 of the European Youth Participation Strategy, focusing on strengthening young people’s roles in governance structures within European youth programmes.

The conference follows a hands-on, participatory format, including:
💬 Peer-to-peer discussions and collective reflection
🧠 Co-creation sessions and idea development
📊 Exploration of challenges and practical “do’s & don’ts” of youth participation
🔄 Spaces to plan continued cooperation beyond the event

The programme is prepared by a youth-led team, including EuroPeers, Youth Advisory Board members, and youth representatives involved in the Youth Participation Strategy.

The meeting aims to gather approximately 40–50 participants, ensuring diversity of perspectives and lived experiences.
