This Erasmus+ Training Course takes place in Alicante, Spain ๐ช๐ธ and is designed to equip future youth exchange leaders with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to design and facilitate meaningful, inclusive, and impactful youth exchanges. The course is fully based on non-formal education, experiential learning, and intercultural dialogue.

Participants will:

๐ง Gain hands-on experience with experiential learning and reflection-based methods
๐ Develop competencies for inclusive environments and intercultural dialogue
๐ญ Explore relevant youth topics through creative and participatory approaches
๐ค Strengthen facilitation skills, teamwork, self-awareness, and values-based youth work
