About the Opportunity
🌱 This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project is hosted by Centro Fonti San Lorenzo APS in Recanati, Italy 🇮🇹.
🍽️ The project promotes environmental, social, and economic sustainability through critical reflection on food consumption, food education, and community-based participation. Activities are centred around ASK, a multifunctional social and cultural space that hosts cultural initiatives and civic food-related actions.

What Will You Do?
🥗 Support food education workshops focused on sustainability, anti-consumerism, and reducing waste
🌍 Contribute to the development of a civic food network with short, ethical, and environmentally respectful supply chains
👥 Take part in organising convivial and participatory community activities
🎭 Support cultural initiatives at ASK such as concerts, talks, book presentations, tastings, workshops, laboratories, intercultural nights, and language tandems
🤝 Work with children, young people, and elderly participants in daily activities
🧩 Contribute ideas and initiatives connected to food, culture, and social inclusion

Training & Learning Experience
🇮🇹 On-arrival training
🧠 Mid-term evaluation organised within the ESC framework
🌍 Continuous learning through non-formal education and daily practice
🤝 Learning-by-doing in a multicultural, participatory cultural centre
