🎯 Eligibility Criteria (Who can apply?):
Open to motivated volunteers from ESC programme countries who:
- Are open-minded, empathetic, and inclusive
- Are motivated to support people with intellectual disabilities
- Have basic German skills (B1–B2 is mandatory)
- Are willing to help with daily tasks, events, creative activities
- Are flexible, reliable, and ready to contribute to a shared space
- Can adapt to various group dynamics and support tasks
🧪 Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Supporting everyday assistance for people with disabilities
- Planning and organizing leisure and cultural activities
- Helping with events and social gatherings
- Supporting small creative or DIY projects (gardening, decoration, etc.)
- Helping the janitor (optional)
- Creating your own initiatives based on your interests
