About the Opportunity
⚽ This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project is implemented by Fundación Red Deporte y Cooperación in Madrid, Spain 🇪🇸.
🤝 The project uses sport as a powerful tool for social inclusion, education, and community development, working especially with young people, migrants, and vulnerable groups.

What Will You Do?
🏟️ Assist the Educational Coordinator in youth and community programmes through sport
⚽ Conduct sports training sessions and activities using a “sport for development” approach
🎨 Develop recreational and educational activities outside the sports environment
📊 Monitor and report on educational and social programmes
🧠 Participate in training sessions and workshops as both participant and facilitator
🛠️ Support logistical and operational tasks related to sports and educational activities

Training & Learning Experience
📘 Participation in compulsory ESC trainings organised at national level in Spain
🧠 Additional training sessions and workshops related to sport, education, and community work
🌍 Continuous learning in multicultural and socially diverse environments

Who Can Apply?
👤 Aged 18–30
🎓 Background or studies in education, sports, social or community intervention
⚽ Experience in camps, sports programmes, or community educational activities (minimum 3 months)
🗣️ Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
🤝 Ability to work with young people, families, and communities
🌍 Flexible and adaptable to multicultural and challenging contexts
📄 Able to prepare reports and technical materials
💡 Motivated, creative, and committed to solidarity and volunteerism
🇪🇺 National of an EU Member State

Accommodation, Food & Transport
🏠 Volunteers arrange their own accommodation, with basic support from the organisation
💰 Accommodation and transport costs covered by the programme
🚇 Madrid public transport card costs approximately €10 per month for under 26
🍽️ Food and pocket money provided according to ESC guidelines
