About the Opportunity

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Connecting for Neurodivergent Youth is an Erasmus+ Partnership-Building Activity (PBA) held in Espoo, Finland, bringing together organisations that work directly with neurodivergent young people (13โ€“30). This activity focuses on designing inclusive, accessible, and trustworthy international projects that genuinely support neurodivergent youth participation.

Participants will meet organisations from Europe, Eastern Partnership, Southern Mediterranean and Western Balkans to exchange methods, tools, experiences, and challenges in youth inclusion. The goal is to build long-term partnerships for Erasmus+ and ESC projects that respect neurodivergent needs, strengths and communication styles.

This PBA is for organisations that:

โ€“ Work with neurodivergent young people (Autism, ADHD, HPI, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, etc.)
โ€“ Want to create more inclusive international opportunities
โ€“ Seek partners for future Erasmus+ & ESC projects
โ€“ Want to exchange methods, challenges and good practices
โ€“ Can communicate fluently in English
โ€“ Are ready to build concrete project ideas

During the activity, participants will:

โ€“ Share approaches for supporting neurodivergent youth in international settings
โ€“ Explore how to co-design projects with neurodivergent young people
โ€“ Identify how to build reliable, respectful partnerships
โ€“ Gain updated information on Erasmus+ & ESC inclusion support
โ€“ Develop real project ideas and action plans
โ€“ Join expert-led workshops, peer learning and facilitated sessions
