About the Opportunity
๐ฉ๐ฐ Hosted in Copenhagen, Denmark, this Erasmus+ Training Course is designed for youth workers and youth leaderswho want to master the tools behind successful Youth Exchanges.
While Youth Exchanges need good content, TYE focuses on the tools behind that content: group processes, learning dynamics, facilitation skills, and youth involvement.
This course provides interactive, hands-on exercises, practical tools, and non-formal learning experiences that you can directly use when planning or implementing your next Youth Exchange.

The course uses non-formal education, learning-by-doing, reflection spaces, and shared experiences. A provisional programme is available.
Who Should Apply
This training is designed for voluntary or professional youth workers who:
โ Have organised or participated in a Youth Exchange
โ Have applied (or intend to apply) for YE funding
โ Had a project rejected and want to improve
โ Are actively working with young people
โ Have good command of English
โ Are 18+ and ready to collaborate in an international environment
Expected group size: ~25 participants
