Hosted by ASOCIACION INTERNATIONAL MOVEMENT BACK TO ORIGINS IN RURAL AREA (IMORA), Ritmo Natural 2026 invites volunteers to experience an eco-friendly, minimalist, nature-based lifestyle in the Spanish countryside.
IMORA is a small rural community dedicated to permaculture, regenerative farming, natural living, and environmental preservation. Volunteers live closely with nature, contribute to ecological projects, and learn hands-on sustainability practices.
If you want to disconnect from the noise, reconnect with nature, and embrace a simpler rhythm of life, this project is ideal. ๐ฑโจ
๐ฟ What You Will Do
Volunteers participate in a wide variety of ecological and sustainability-based activities, including:
- Organic garden care & food-forest maintenance
- Olive grove maintenance
- Homemade food crafts and natural production
- Feeding and caring for farm animals
- Recycling and upcycling activities
- Small-scale ecological construction
- Various environmental and community activities
Volunteers are encouraged toย create their own micro-projects, using their creativity and passion for nature. ๐พ๐ ๏ธ

๐ Accommodation, Food & Transport
- Independent room in a rural hostel (may be shared)
- Private bathroom with shower, furnished room (towels, blankets included)
- Shared kitchen with all utensils
- WiFi in the main building
- No local transport needed as activities take place in the same area
The setup is simple, sustainable, and aligned with low-impact rural living. ๐ก๐
๐ Training During the Activity
IMORA provides:
- Safety training before all tasks
- Linguistic support & intercultural adaptation workshops
- Ongoing preparation by tutors and coordinators
- On-Arrival Training & Mid-Term Evaluation by the Spanish National Agency
Volunteers develop ecological, cultural, teamwork, and personal resilience skills. ๐๐

๐ Participant Profile
Ideal volunteers are:
- 18โ30 years old
- Passionate about nature, rural life, and sustainability
- Motivated, curious, proactive, and open-minded
- Comfortable with simple living conditions
- Interested in agroecology, permaculture, minimalism, or hands-on ecological projects
No previous experience is neededโjust motivation and genuine passion. ๐ฟ๐
