โจ About the Project:
Join us in Mersin, Tรผrkiye, for a short-term multinational volunteering project that focuses on:
- ๐ฑ Environmental Protection: Cleaning Kazanlฤฑ Beach and preserving wildlife habitats.
- ๐ข Wildlife Education: Learn about the life cycle of sea turtles (Chelonia Mydas and Caretta-Caretta).
- ๐ข Awareness Campaigns: Create media content and host informative activities for local communities.
- ๐ญ Workshops: Engage in presentations, theatre, and role-playing to spread awareness.
- ๐ Cultural Exchange: Learn Turkish and connect with local people.
๐ Accommodation & Food:
- Volunteers will stay in shared beachfront flats (2 bedrooms per flat, shared by 2-3 participants).
- Food budgets are pooled for group shopping at local supermarkets, organic shops, and butchers.
โ๏ธ Travel Costs:
Covered by the Luxembourg National Agency according to EU distance guidelines.
