This powerful Erasmus+ Training Course invites youth workers from across Europe ๐ง๐ช๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ฟ๐ฌ๐ท๐ช๐ธ๐ซ๐ท๐ฑ๐น๐ฑ๐บ๐ญ๐บ๐ต๐น๐ท๐ด๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฉ๐ช๐ช๐ช๐ฎ๐ช๐ญ๐ท๐ฎ๐น๐จ๐พ๐ฑ๐ป๐ฒ๐น๐ณ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐น๐ต๐ฑ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ท๐ธ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ณ๐ด๐น๐ท to 10 days of intensive learning, outdoor challenges and deeply experiential education. Hosted in the beautiful mountain region of Galyatetล, Hungary ๐ญ๐บ, this programme focuses on understanding how nature, wilderness, group dynamics and experiential learning methods can shape youth work and personal development. You will explore outdoor expedition skills, high and low-rope elements, wilderness safety, facilitation competencies, programme design and the European Training Strategy (ETS) framework โ all within a supportive, multicultural environment.

๐ฏ Youth workers, educators, facilitators, trainers, instructors, teachers, coaches, psychologists and professionals working with young people
๐ฒ Motivated to learn outdoor education methods
๐ฅพ Physically able to hike 15โ20 km/day and carry a 50L backpack
๐ฌ English communication skills
๐ Motivated to challenge themselves and gain new competencies
๐ Able to join the entire programme without late arrivals or early departures
๐ก Accommodation & Venue
Participants will stay at Fogadรณ a Tรกncolรณ Kecskรฉhez, a warm and comfortable venue in the mountains of Mรกtraszentimre, Hungary ๐ญ๐บ.
