About the Study Visit 🇪🇸🌟

Organised by Obre’t Ebre (Spain 🇪🇸), this Erasmus+ Study Visit will take place from 2–8 March 2026 in the beautiful town of Jesús (Tortosa), Spain. The visit brings together youth workers, educators, trainers and project managers committed to improving the inclusion of young people facing vulnerable situations — including social obstacles, disabilities, and diverse backgrounds.
Participants will exchange best practices, explore local initiatives supporting vulnerable youth, and discover effective methodologies for empowerment, inclusion, active citizenship, and community engagement. This Study Visit aims to create a strong network of professionals committed to building inclusive youth environments across Europe.

• 🏫 Present your organisation’s best practices
• 👥 Meet local organisations supporting vulnerable groups
• ♿ Talks on disability-focused youth work
• 🌍 Networking sessions with local & international organisations
• 👦 Interaction with young people in local communities
• 🧩 Presentations, field visits & experience exchange

Participant Profile 👥✨

Participants must be:

• 🎯 Aged 18+
• 👥 Experienced in working with vulnerable youth (mandatory)
• 🌍 Linked to an organisation that works with youth inclusion
• 🤝 Able to send/host young people in EU programmes
• 📚 Motivated to share & learn best practices
• 💬 Working knowledge of English (main language)
• 📅 Available for the entire Study Visit
• ❗ Please avoid applying if you lack experience in this field

Compromises / Expectations 📌

• 💻 Attend two online preparatory meetings
• 📅 Attend the full duration of the Study Visit
• 💳 Pay travel ticket in advance (later reimbursed according to programme rules)
• 🎤 Present your methodology & organisation in front of an audience

Accommodation, Food & Travel 🏨🍽️✈️

• 🏠 Accommodation in shared or individual rooms at Hostel La Consolació (Jesús)
• 🍽️ Meals provided by catering or restaurant
• ✈️ Travel reimbursed according to Erasmus+ Accreditation (approval required before booking)
• 💶 Participation fee: None
