Hosted in the peaceful village ofย Trzciล„sko, Poland ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ, the training focuses on strengthening youth workersโ€™ self-awareness, emotional balance, group management abilities, and mind-body connection through movement, meditation, philosophy, and practical physical exercises. Set in nature near the Karkonosze Mountains, the programme offers a unique environment ideal for personal growth, grounding and self-development.

Participants will stay in shared rooms (4โ€“5 beds per room) in Dom Sokolik, located in a stunning natural area near the Karkonosze Mountains and Rudawy Landscape Park.
