Aim:

Enhance the exchange of management channels and tools for implementing projects under Key Action 2 (KA2) of the Erasmus+/Youth Programme and provide a networking space for participants.

Objectives:

• Develop competences in the youth sector and strengthen project implementation skills under KA2.
• Create a supportive community among youth workers and organizations.
• Provide a networking space for future cooperation.
• Exchange tools and good practices for KA2 project implementation.
• Gain experience in international cooperation.
• Achieve high-quality innovative results.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of Erasmus+/Youth Key Action 2 opportunities.

Participants Profile:

• Active in the youth sector.
• Commit to applying acquired skills at work after the activity.
• Create learning opportunities for young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate in English.
