Description:
S-SREP aims to increase the social entrepreneurship skills of young farmers from Turkey ๐น๐ท, Lithuania ๐ฑ๐น, and Croatia ๐ญ๐ท by supporting the capacity building of youth workers and developing cooperation between NGOs focused on rural development.
Objectives:
- Identify Needs: Determine the needs of young farmers for business start-ups and social entrepreneurship. Gather experiences on using technological tools in agriculture.
- Create Training Content: Equip young farmers with the knowledge, skills, and experience to establish technology-oriented and environmentally friendly social enterprises.
- Promote Technological Tools & Social Entrepreneurship: Develop inclusive support systems, enhance local youth workers’ capacity, and foster collaboration among youth organizations.
Training Focus:
- ๐พ Technological tools in agriculture
- ๐ Rural social entrepreneurship
- ๐ ๏ธ Facilitation skills
- ๐ Educational methods
- ๐ค Peer learning
Post-Training Role:
- Support young farmers through face-to-face and online tools.
- Manage 10 young farmers, conduct meetings, answer online questions, and report progress every three months.
