About the Seminar
Do you ever feel that life’s constant rush leaves no room for meaningful conversations? This online seminar, “Conversations That Matter: From the Heart to the World,” is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect — with yourself and with others. Hosted by EU Training Academy (Poland), this reflective space invites youth workers, trainers, mentors, and young people to explore topics that truly matter: Identity, Feeling an Outsider, Passions, Purpose, and Values.
Through shared stories, empathy, and active listening, participants will explore how vulnerability can become a bridge — helping us learn, share, and grow together.
