💡 Project Overview

Are you ready to make a real difference through the European Solidarity Corps? Join A4ACTION – Asociația pentru Inițiative și Dezvoltare Continuă in Snagov, Romania, and be part of a passionate team working to bring positive change to local communities! 💪🌿

This long-term ESC project focuses on education, creativity, and youth empowerment, combining fun, learning, and social engagement. Volunteers will design and implement interactive, non-formal activities that inspire children and young people to grow, learn, and express themselves.

Your daily mission will include:
🎨 Organising creative workshops and English lessons in the A4ACTION Afterschool Program
🌍 Leading cultural, civic, and green awareness events in local schools
💻 Creating videos and digital content to promote ESC visibility and participation
🤝 Supporting the Online Youth Center and helping expand A4ACTION’s digital reach

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel

• Travel costs are reimbursed according to ESC distance band rules. ✈️
• Volunteers receive pocket and food money following ESC standards.
• Accommodation is shared with other international volunteers in Snagov. 🏠
• Medical insurance is fully covered through the Henner Plan for the entire volunteering period.

🧭 Training & Support

You will receive continuous training and guidance to help you grow personally and professionally:
📚 Workshops and training sessions on non-formal education, facilitation, and working with children.
🤝 On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Evaluation organised by the Romanian National Agency 🇷🇴
🎓 Daily mentorship from A4ACTION staff to support your activities and integration.

👩‍🏫 Participant Profile

A4ACTION is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who are:
✅ Aged 18–30 and from EU countries
✅ Unemployed at the time of selection
✅ Communicative, responsible, and positive-minded
✅ Interested in education, community work, and youth activities
✅ Confident in English and ready to collaborate in a multicultural team
✅ Motivated to support local children, schools, and youth projects
