Join Youth Power Germany e.V. in Berlin, Germany, for a dynamic Erasmus+ Training Course designed to introduce youth workers to the fundamentals of project development. This hands-on training will help you analyse community needs, design inclusive and sustainable activities, and transform your local initiatives into structured Erasmus+ project proposals.

Through non-formal education, teamwork, and experiential learning, participants will explore each stage of project design — from identifying needs to ensuring sustainability and visibility. You’ll also discover how to connect your projects with Erasmus+ priorities and Youth Goal 1: Quality Learning.
