Organized by the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) and sponsored by Diplomatic Protocol and Event Management INC, the II Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum 2026 stands at the crossroads of innovation and global dialogue.

Following the success of the first edition held in Toronto (August 20–23, 2024), which gathered diplomats, scholars, and youth leaders from around the world, this second edition moves to Ottawa – Canada’s diplomatic heart, to continue shaping the global conversation on technology and diplomacy.

The forum aims to explore how artificial intelligence, social media, and algorithmic systems influence international relations, intercultural understanding, and the ethical dimensions of global communication.

This event is more than a discussion — it’s an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and co-create the future of cultural diplomacy in the digital era. 🌍🤝
