About the Opportunity

Join the dynamic team of Genç Girişim Eğitim Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü Derneği in Ankara, Türkiye, and become part of a mission that connects sports, youth participation, and community wellbeing! This European Solidarity Corps project aims to use sport as a powerful social tool for inclusion, health, and personal development.

Volunteers will take part in a wide range of sports, cultural, and educational activities — all designed to promote an active lifestyle, social cohesion, and youth engagement. By contributing your creativity, teamwork, and passion for sports, you’ll help strengthen the local community and inspire young people to stay active and connected.

🕒 Activity Period: 2 January 2026 – 30 June 2026

💡 Volunteer Tasks

🏀 Participate in sport and outdoor training with youth (e.g., football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, table tennis, swimming)
🎨 Support the organization of international youth events and sports tournaments
💬 Assist in Erasmus+ presentations, language clubs, and creative workshops
🧠 Join planning and evaluation meetings, helping with administrative and social media tasks
📣 Promote sports and active living through social media and local campaigns

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Support

Volunteers will receive monthly food and pocket allowances in euros. Local transportation (metro cards or tickets) will be provided if required. Travel costs will be reimbursed upon submission of original receipts and documents in accordance with ESC 2025 financial rules.

Participants will also join Turkish language lessons, non-formal learning activities, and regular team meetings for reflection and personal development.
