🌍 About the Project

Are you ready to live, learn, and create impact in one of Italy’s most vibrant cultural cities? 🇮🇹✨

The “Youth International: Embracing Diversity” project offers a six-month volunteering adventure where you’ll dive into youth work, communication, and intercultural learning at the Youth Information Centre of Faenza. Volunteers help empower local youth through creative activities, social media campaigns, and international projects that connect cultures and inspire active citizenship.

You’ll not only help others grow — you’ll also expand your own horizons, develop communication and teamwork skills, and experience life in the stunning Emilia-Romagna region!

🎯 Main Activities

💬 Support the Youth Information Centre in daily activities and events
📱 Manage and create engaging content for social media and communication channels
🌍 Contribute to international youth initiatives and intercultural workshops
🤝 Collaborate with local NGOs and youth associations
🎨 Participate in creative campaigns promoting diversity, inclusion, and European values

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Support

🏠 Stay in a fully furnished shared flat in Faenza city centre — 10 minutes from the main square.
🍽️ Shared kitchen and living spaces, all utilities covered.
🚲 Everything within walking or cycling distance (bike provided if needed).
💰 Pocket and food allowances provided according to ESC standards.
🧳 Travel costs reimbursed as per ESC rules.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for one volunteer aged 18–30 who is:
✅ Motivated to engage with youth work and cultural diversity
✅ Curious, open-minded, and ready for teamwork
✅ Willing to learn Italian and explore new cultures
✅ Respectful of equality, inclusion, and human rights principles

No previous experience is required — only your motivation and passion matter! 💛
