Start your 2026 with purpose and creativity! ❄️✨

Join the Winter Camps ESC Volunteering Project in Leszno, where you’ll work with children and young people through art, sports, culture, and inclusion activities. As a volunteer, you’ll design and lead fun workshops, support school outreach programs, and help organize inspiring local events that connect creativity with social awareness.

This experience blends hands-on youth work, cultural exchange, and teamwork — perfect for anyone eager to spread positivity, promote equality, and make winter unforgettable!

🎯 Main Activities

🎨 Creative & DIY Workshops – Arts, crafts, games, and cultural sharing.
⚽ Sports & Recreation – Organize and lead fun physical activities for youth.
🌍 Social Awareness Actions – Promote themes like equality, homelessness, and human rights through interactive sessions.
🍲 Wellbeing & Healthy Living – Host sessions on mental health, nutrition, and sustainability.
🎶 Events & Campaigns – Celebrate International Women’s Day, Zero Waste Day, and more!

You’ll also help organize Eurocamps, CATventures, and the big WASP Charity Festival — a vibrant event full of music, laughter, and solidarity.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Support

🏠 Fully furnished houses shared with other international volunteers (2–10 min from the office).
🍽️ Food allowance + pocket money provided monthly (as per ESC Guide 2024).
🚲 Access to foundation bikes and local transport reimbursement for work-related use.
🧼 Cleaning supplies provided + Henner health insurance coverage.
🛫 Travel reimbursement according to ESC rules.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for motivated volunteers aged 18–30 who are:
✅ Passionate about working with children and youth
✅ Outgoing, communicative, and creative
✅ Skilled in leading or organizing workshops and group activities
✅ Positive, flexible, and eager to learn new things
✅ Able to adapt teaching styles and work in a team
