This Erasmus+ project gathers youth workers, trainers, and facilitators from across Europe who share a common goal — to reshape what leadership means in youth work.

🌍 About the Project

Transformative Youth Leadership explores how young people can take an active role in shaping collective decisions and driving social change — not through hierarchy or competition, but through collaboration, dialogue, and shared responsibility.

Leadership here isn’t about standing out — it’s about empowering others and building inclusive, participatory communities. 💬

During this learning, teaching, and training (LTT) activity, participants will:
🌟 Co-develop and test educational tools and methods for inclusive leadership
🤝 Learn how to turn leadership into a practice of empowerment and cooperation
🧠 Explore how youth work can nurture reflection, equality, and trust
💡 Exchange innovative ideas with peers from across Europe
🪴 Translate theory into practice through collaborative workshops

The LTT acts as the creative and methodological core of the entire project — a space for experimentation, reflection, and growth.

🏡 Venue & Logistics

The training will take place in Casa Miquel, Teulada (Alicante region, Spain).
Participants will stay in non-mixed rooms for 2–4 people, with all meals provided.

• 🍽️ 100% of accommodation, food, and materials are covered by Erasmus+
• ✈️ Travel costs reimbursed based on Erasmus+ distance calculator
• 🚌 Group transfer provided from Alicante to the venue
• 🌤️ Typical weather: mild (around 20°C daytime, 10°C at night)

📚 Learning & Methodology

The course is based on non-formal education, using creative, participatory, and experiential learning.

Participants will engage in:
💬 Dialogue and reflection sessions on inclusive leadership
🎨 Practical workshops to test new educational tools
🧩 Team-building activities to foster cooperation and trust
🌍 Peer-to-peer learning for cross-cultural exchange

You’ll leave the training with a deeper understanding of how leadership can be collective, inclusive, and transformative.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for youth workers, trainers, and educators (18+) from partner countries who:

• 💡 Are motivated to rethink leadership and empower others
• 🌱 Are active in youth work, inclusion, education, or peacebuilding
• 💬 Have a good level of English (working language of the project)
• 💪 Are open to creativity, reflection, and teamwork

No prior experience is required — just a genuine interest in collaborative learning and social impact.
