🌍 About the Project

Each year, INEX-SDA organises around 30 international voluntary projects (workcamps) across the Czech Republic. These projects bring together volunteers who support ecological, social, cultural-heritage, and community initiatives.

As an ESC volunteer, you will join the organisation’s coordination team in Prague and contribute to the planning and communication that make these workcamps possible.

Your main activities will include:
📧 Managing incoming applications and communicating with international volunteers
🧩 Coordinating logistics and partner communication
🎤 Organising and helping facilitate events (approx. 2 per month)
💬 Leading presentations and workshops about volunteering and ESC opportunities
🗂️ Supporting the organisation of international workcamps and trainings

💡 Opportunities to develop your own initiative or mini-project
🧭 Guidance from a personal mentor for integration and well-being

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and creative young people who want to take an active role in supporting international volunteering.

Ideal volunteers are:

• Aged 18–30, from ESC Programme Countries
• Interested in youth work, volunteering, and project coordination
• Precise, responsible, and able to work independently
• Flexible, open-minded, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and teamwork
• Good communication skills in English (Czech not required)
