Are you passionate about international volunteering, youth engagement, and global citizenship? 🌍
Join INEX-SDA, one of the leading volunteering organisations in the Czech Republic, and become part of an inspiring team coordinating international projects and youth activities.

As an Assistant to Volunteering Projects, you’ll help organise over 30 workcamps across the country where local and international volunteers contribute to environmental, social, and cultural initiatives. You’ll play an essential role in bringing people together, fostering intercultural learning, and building a more tolerant and open society. 💬✨

🎯 Your Role & Main Tasks

• 🗂️ Support the organisation of 30+ international workcamps across the Czech Republic
• 💬 Communicate with volunteers and partner organisations
• 🧾 Manage applications and documentation related to ESC and volunteering projects
• 🎤 Help facilitate presentations, workshops, and community events (approx. 2 per month)
• 🤝 Collaborate with the Incoming Coordinator and other project managers
• 💡 Lead or co-lead a volunteering workcamp during the summer season
