Join La Rotllana in Badalona, Spain, for a meaningful 5-month ESC volunteering journey where you’ll blend creativity, communication, and community impact! 💬📣
Through “Building Link,” volunteers will work alongside professionals and other international youth to strengthen community bonds, promote inclusion, and encourage local engagement. The project focuses on social communication, youth participation, and cultural activities that highlight the power of collaboration and diversity.
This is your chance to become part of an inspiring network, supporting local initiatives, boosting civic engagement, and contributing to positive social change — all while developing real-world skills in media, communication, and youth work. 🌍🤝

You are the ideal candidate if you are:
- 💬 Interested in communication, media, and youth participation
- 🌍 Passionate about social inclusion and intercultural exchange
- 🎨 Creative, adaptable, and ready to learn by doing
- 🤝 Motivated to support the fight against stereotypes and social exclusion
- 🧑🤝🧑 Experienced in volunteering or youth work (especially with children or disadvantaged groups)
- 🗣️ Basic Spanish language skills are recommended
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Travel
- 🏡 You’ll stay in a shared flat in Badalona, with your own room (occasionally shared for short periods).
- 🚇 Public transport tickets will be provided when needed.
- 🥗 You’ll receive a monthly food allowance and pocket money.
- 💻 The flat is fully equipped (Wi-Fi, kitchen, furniture, hot water, heating).
- 🌆 The accommodation is located near the organisation’s main activity centre, with easy access to the city and the beach!
🧭 Training & Support
- 📚 On-Arrival Training organised by the Spanish National Agency.
- 🧑🏫 Orientation and mentorship from La Rotllana’s experienced staff.
- 💬 Ongoing support from supervisors for all project activities.
- 🎓 Opportunities to develop soft skills, teamwork, and intercultural communication.
💪 Volunteer Tasks
- 🗣️ Support La Rotllana’s communication and media outreach.
- 📸 Create social media content and promotional materials.
- 🎭 Assist with workshops, events, and youth activities.
- 🤝 Encourage youth participation and volunteering at the local level.
- 🌍 Bring your own ideas for creative community actions!
