🌍 About the project → This ESC project with the One cooperative focuses on local empowerment and community development in Crotone, Italy. Volunteers will support the cooperative’s social, cultural, and economic initiatives, including managing a hostel, participating in farm activities, and working with local organizations that support migrants and people in need. The project offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on work, learn new skills, and immerse yourself in local culture.

🏡 Accommodation, food, transport → Volunteers will be accommodated in a double/triple room with an inner bathroom at the hostel managed by the organization. Food will be prepared by volunteers and shared with staff. Pocket money of €17 per day is provided, which includes travel expenses.

🎯 Participant profile → The ideal volunteer is aged 18-30, a resident or citizen of an EU country, and available for the entire project period. Experience in video-making or youth work is a plus, as is being unemployed or from a disadvantaged background. The volunteer should be curious, open-minded, ready for manual work, and enjoy working with people.
