๐Ÿ“– About the Project

How do we understand, share, and transform power?

The Perspectives on Power training combines theatre methods and systemic facilitation to promote cultural change at personal, relational, and social levels.

Through this program, participants will:

  • ๐ŸŽญ Learn theatre and facilitation techniques for group management
  • ๐ŸŒฑ Foster well-being, resilience, and emotional balance
  • โœŠ Prevent burnout, depression, and feelings of powerlessness in youth/social work
  • ๐ŸŒ Explore eco-systemic and non-violent approaches to power
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Promote empowerment and active citizenship in their communities

The course offers a hands-on, creative learning space in the mountains of Italy โ€” a perfect environment for reflection, growth, and exchange.

  • ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Accommodation & meals covered by Erasmus+ funding
  • ๐Ÿ’ถ No participation fee
  • ๐Ÿš† Travel reimbursed:
    • Italy:ย 56โ‚ฌ (green travel) / 28โ‚ฌ (non-green)
    • Other eligible countries:ย 417โ‚ฌ (green travel) / 309โ‚ฌ (non-green)
  • ๐ŸŒ Green travel isย highly encouraged, in line with the eco-systemic approach of the project
