📖 About the Project
How do we understand, share, and transform power?
The Perspectives on Power training combines theatre methods and systemic facilitation to promote cultural change at personal, relational, and social levels.
Through this program, participants will:
- 🎭 Learn theatre and facilitation techniques for group management
- 🌱 Foster well-being, resilience, and emotional balance
- ✊ Prevent burnout, depression, and feelings of powerlessness in youth/social work
- 🌍 Explore eco-systemic and non-violent approaches to power
- 💡 Promote empowerment and active citizenship in their communities
The course offers a hands-on, creative learning space in the mountains of Italy — a perfect environment for reflection, growth, and exchange.
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Travel
- 🛏️ Accommodation & meals covered by Erasmus+ funding
- 💶 No participation fee
- 🚆 Travel reimbursed:
- Italy: 56€ (green travel) / 28€ (non-green)
- Other eligible countries: 417€ (green travel) / 309€ (non-green)
- 🌍 Green travel is highly encouraged, in line with the eco-systemic approach of the project
