Mindful Connections is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Milรณwka, Poland ๐ต๐ฑ. It is designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, youth leaders, youth coaches, and project coordinators who want to integrate wellbeing practices, mental health awareness, and digital balance into their daily youth work.

In todayโs fast-paced and hyperconnected world, many youth professionals experience burnout, stress, and digital overload. This project creates a safe, reflective, and supportive international space to slow down, recharge, reconnect with oneself, and build more sustainable ways of working and living.
