Systemic Approach โ First Steps is an Erasmus+ E-learning Training Course organised by Stichting EnvironMental (Youth NGO) and delivered online from the Netherlands ๐ณ๐ฑ.
This 4-session online course is designed for educators, youth and community workers, coaches, trainers, facilitators, and L&D professionals who want to understand and apply systemic thinking in their work with people.

Rather than focusing on isolated individuals or linear cause-and-effect thinking, this training introduces participants to systemic perspectives, helping them work with relationships, roles, hidden dynamics, and patterns in education, coaching, leadership, and community contexts.

๐งฉ What a system really is and how people, teams, organisations, and societies function as living systems
๐ How to shift from linear thinking to a systemic perspective
๐ง The 5R Model of Systems: relationships, roles, rules, resources, and results
โ How to ask powerful systemic questions that reveal what is happening beneath the surface
๐บ๏ธ Systemic mapping practices to visualise complexity and identify leverage points
๐ฑ How to hold complexity without rushing to solutions
๐งญ Tools applicable in coaching, education, facilitation, leadership, community work, and personal decision-making
๐ A solid foundation for deeper systemic work (constellations, organisational development, collective processes)
๐ ๏ธ Course Structure & Format
๐ป 4 live online group sessions on Zoom

๐ฅ Group learning with exercises, theory inputs, sharing, and practice
๐ Access to an online resource library for download and daily use
