📖 Project Description
Emotional Intelligence in Artistic Leadership is a youth exchange that combines emotional awareness with creative expression to empower young people as empathetic leaders.
In today’s world, emotional intelligence (EI) is a vital leadership skill often overlooked in traditional education. This project bridges the gap by integrating theater, art, role-play, and intercultural learning into leadership development.
During this exchange, participants will:
- 🌱 Build emotional awareness & resilience
- 🎭 Express emotions through art, theater & creative workshops
- 🌍 Collaborate in intercultural teams to develop empathy and teamwork
- 💡 Gain confidence and tools for inclusive and effective leadership

👤 Participant Profile
We are looking for:
- 👩🎓 Young people aged 18–25 (7 per country)
- 🧑🏫 1 group leader (18+) with Erasmus+ experience to guide participants
- 🌱 Open-minded, motivated, and interested in emotional intelligence
- 🎨 Eager to explore artistic expression as a leadership tool
- 🤝 Ready to engage fully in non-formal learning activities
