📖 Project Description

Way to Fulfillment is an Erasmus+ Training Course that provides youth workers and educators with holistic tools to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and youth empowerment.

Through non-formal education, mindfulness, embodiment, and creative expression, participants will:

• 🌱 Explore life purpose, resilience, and emotional intelligence
• 🗣️ Practice non-violent communication & active listening
• 🤝 Strengthen empathy, awareness & youth support skills
• 🌍 Reconnect with nature as a source of personal and professional growth
• 🎨 Apply expressive arts & creative methods in youth work

We are looking for motivated youth workers (18+) who are:

• 🌍 From one of the 8 partner countries
• 🧩 Open-minded, motivated, and engaged in youth work
• ✨ Interested in self-development, communication & well-being
• 👐 Willing to participate fully in the entire program
• 🌱 Priority given to those with fewer opportunities (social, economic, geographical obstacles, disabilities, migration background, or unemployment)
