📖 Project Description

Celebrate 50 years of International Young Naturefriends (IYNF) with this inspiring training course in the Austrian Alps! 🌲⛰️

This programme is designed to:

• 📚 Share IYNF’s best practices in youth work and environmental activism
• 🗣️ Equip you with non-formal education methods for engaging young people
• 🌍 Strengthen your skills in advocacy for democracy and climate justice
• 🏃 Integrate sports and outdoor activities into activism
• 🤝 Build a connected community of youth leaders and activists across Europe

Through peer exchange, hands-on learning, and community building, participants will gain practical tools to inspire and mobilise their local communities.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Target Group

• Youth leaders, activists, volunteers, trainers, and youth workers
• Aged 16+ (with some spots for participants over 30)
• Especially for those engaged in climate justice, youth participation, and democracy

🏠 Accommodation & Meals

• Vegetarian meals provided 🥗
• Accommodation covered 🏨
• Two types of accommodation: indoor rooms (Erasmus+ participants) and campsite (self-paying participants)
• Transfer from Vienna to the venue included 🚐

💰 Costs & Travel Reimbursement

• Participation Fee:
  • €75 for members
  • €100 for non-members
  • €200 for self-paying participants (extra spots)
  • Possibility of fee reduction or waiver (solidarity principle)
• Travel Reimbursement: Covered for Erasmus+ participants upon full participation.
  • Green travel (train, bus) is required where possible
  • Flights approved only when necessary
