About Jugendwerk der AWO Württemberg:

  • Nonprofit NGO focusing on non-formal education, intercultural projects, youth camps, and more.
  • Objective: Support young people in personal development, improve social, cultural, and educational skills.

Activities:

  • Seminars in non-formal education.
  • Youth travel and international youth work.
  • Coordination of local projects and groups.

Accommodation & Arrangements:

  • Stay in a student dormitory with your own room.
  • Monthly allowance provided.
  • Volunteer will be responsible for cooking (sometimes with your ESC Buddy).

Training During the Activity:

  • On-arrival and mid-term training organized by the German National Agency.
  • Additional seminars on pedagogy, first aid, and more.

Participant Profile:

  • English/German language skills for integration.
  • Comfortable with office work: writing emails, creating flyers, etc.
