🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?):
Applicants aged 18–30 from the listed eligible countries. You should be curious, communicative, creative, and open to working closely with teenagers from diverse backgrounds. Experience in youth work or creative activities is a plus, but not required.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks:
– Support the youth workers in daily activities
– Actively engage with youngsters aged 12–19
– Co-organize leisure activities and youth events
– Animate games, workshops, and sports sessions
– Assist at the Youth Café and help with basic cooking
– Bring your own talents: music, art, sport, languages etc.
– Use your creativity to co-develop new ideas and activities
