The ideal candidate is:
- Committed to volunteering full-time for 10.5 months
- Interested in children’s education and intercultural exchange
- Willing to actively participate in the daily school life
- Curious about Montessori and nature-based approaches
- Motivated to learn German
- Not enrolled in university or other work obligations during the period
🧪 Responsibilities / tasks
- Support daily classroom routines (one in Primaria 1 for ages 6–9, one in Sekundaria for ages 12–15)
- Help during excursions (e.g. to museums and cultural events)
- Join team meetings and parent-teacher nights
- Design and lead a personal project
- Co-create an engaging and motivating learning environment
